My brother, Alex, just got accepted into the George Washington medical school! He and Ali will be off to D.C. next summer.

This our friends dad's movie. We're seeing it this weekend if anyone wants to join us :)

AZ

We took advantage of the three day weekend by road-tripping down to Chino Valley, AZ to visit Kurt's sister's family. We went through St. George and picked up some more of Kurt's family and made it a party.

We had a great time with everyone - though the weekend was not quite long enough.

On Saturday we took the train from Williams, AZ to the Grand Canyon. This was the first time I had been to the Grand Canyon, and it was... well, grand.

Sunday we hit up this old ghost town, Jerome. It was such a cool little place. We had dinner at the old haunted hospital - turned hotel (no pictures unfortunately).



Kurt and Mason

Kurt's nephew Mason is the best baby I have ever seen, and SO adorable. We were very tempted to take him home with us.

Gerry also enjoyed the trip, as we left him to play will Lily all day long. He caught up on his sleep on the way home.
